Revisting this one for my birthday workout and SO glad I did. I was in the mood for something low impact, uplifting and with a badass ballerina vibe and this checked all the boxes. Even though this is low impact it is still very sweaty and so much fun.ย

Lately I have been craving floor work and the need to be grounded. I have been doing floor flow classes once a week - I am so happy to have a new one to add to the rotation. I think this is the best one yet - such a beautiful and challenging plank dance. I can't wait to come back to this one.ย

Love the floor combo with Outkast - killer combination of one of my fave songs with one of my fave M/body moves! Great no equipment class that is perfect if you are on the road.ย

I am so proud of myself for doing this one today. I remember this one came out not long after I started and I was afraid that "no equipment" and "sweat" meant lots of planks, push ups and jumps, so I avoided it - for a year and a half! Was it challenging? Yes. Did I take breaks? Yes! But I did nearly every jump and surprised myself by LOVING the plank series. I have come so far in 18 months and feel stronger than ever.ย
