I really loved this one. I haven't been to the mat in awhile due to a pretty intense shoulder injury. This was exactly what I needed to ease back into movement while honouring my very limited mobility in my left arm. Felt really good to show up for myself today.

I think this might be one of my all time favourite classes. Really allowed me to tune in and be present.

Love this! Jumping around the the board to honour my shoulder, but have done 5/6 days so far and am feeling stronger and more mobile! Also, we can add GIFs to comments now? Game changer - haha.

This class is an absolute BLAST and the playlist is ELITE. So glad I came back to this one today. 

Loved revisiting this one on Day 3 of the Challenge! Looks like last time I did this my hip hurt and this time it's my shoulder. Good news is, my hip feels great! This was a good one to modify for my shoulder injury. Loved the cardio burn at the beginning!
