Jessica I have fallen in love with Colin Firth as Mr.Darcy many times since 1995. Second to Buffy the Vampire Slayer, this is my ultimate comfort show. Both have helped me through so much too! I think for me lately I have fallen in love with Olivia Rodrigo’s new album and was lucky enough to get tickets so Aubrey and I can go see her together in December. It will be her first concert and I am so excited to experience it with her. Love this thread and nice to see your face again!

This was like the perfect PT for my shoulder. I am gaining mobility and strength and can credit a lot of this to M/body.

NO! SLEEP! TIL' BROOKLYN! Playlist was so killer. Baby steps progress for me - I used to have to do the heaviest weights possible. Then I tore my rotator cuff and have been so humbled. Started exercising again with no weights, moved to threes and now am up to fives. Will get back up to 15s eventually but only when I get the clear from my PT. I am just so grateful to be able to move again!

Love a good barre sweat - they were my original favourite classes. This one was a goody - went by super fast but feel like it was enough for me today. Love the pre-class chat about the study between the connection of leg strength and brain health - super cool!

I think this might be my new all time fave! I had to do some of the arm moves with no weights, but it was like the best PT for my frozen shoulder (sorry all my comments are shoulder related). Playlist is dope on this one too.
