Loved this one for a lower energy day. I was able to do a few (minor) modifications to accommodate my rotator cuff energy with no pain. Feels good to get back to the mat. xo

Such a great start to the challenge today. Still recovering from a rotator cuff injury so have to modify quite a bit (lots of hands in prayer, thanks to Faith Kelly). But I was able to do a few planks. Maybe in a few weeks I will add light weights. Striving for five!
