I can relate to this very much. Seeking and allowing those shorter classes is growth for me too. And it is truly strengthening mentally and physically as those shorter class seriously pack a punch, harder often than longer classes. You motivated me to make a playlist of my favorite shorter classes. Sometimes I combine them, sometimes I don’t, but they are always so effective. Sending love Nicole! šŸ’—

Alyssa Klein I love you dear girl! I will always share with you and am so glad it’s helpful. I am thankful you shared your experience and awareness of the push and pull of your thoughts. I can very much relate. Another share; today my hamstrings did not touch the ground during end of class splits, and that is okay. Shh ego, I’ve got you body šŸ’›

Lyss my dear girl, I am here backing up that powerfully strong intuition and inner voice of yours. Your awareness of everything, is, well, everything.

You will regain flexibility and mobility. Keep listening to your body.

I had mentioned to you that months ago I had a similar injury and experience on my left side. It took until today after class to regain depth of splits on that side; my body was ready to allow my back hamstring to touch the floor even deeper than before. Keep listening Lyss šŸ¤šŸ˜˜

Strengthening and grounding. I’ve come to really appreciate and love the power sculpt addition to the curriculum. It’s fresh and exciting to do new things and to override the fear of the unknown to harness that courageous exploration. Heavier weights and a slower pace do that for me for sure.

Little note for those taking this class; for the parallel lunge series the leg that goes back is the same side as the arm that holds the weight. Make sure you do this on the second side min 10:30.

Oh the joy of lives and their realness, thank you for your realness Marnie. I don’t know how you do it, and with puppy distraction to boot?! šŸ™
