I am right there with you. The heaviness, the loneliness, the overwhelming nature of being human and all of the things. I hope you know that your sharing is courageous vulnerability at it’s core and allows others to show up for you and invites them to show up for themselves. Definitely seated or floor twists for the low back. The one with the bent leg across the other and arms like a goal post. I’m also know to randomly start bouncing like a rabbit or shaking for that nervous system reset like we do at the beginning of most classes :)
