It really supports tuning into your thoughts (because you can and will do it and be okay), and also tunes you into focusing on your specific form and use of props, placement of toes, heel, tuck all of it! to see what increases fire, activates supporting muscles, and alleviates anything that feels overburdened moment to moment, if that is your experience. I appreciated the prop use for upper and lower body and varying choreo to support this mental engagement.
