Late post, but this has been my favorite drink for dry January: seltzer, apple cider vinegar, agave or liquid stevia (just 1-2 drops!) and sometimes a splash of lime juice. It’s SO GOOD! And it gives that slight burn that scratches that alcohol itch! And the ritual is just so fun. When I feel like caving and want a glass of wine, I make this instead and it’s sooo satisfying 🥰

I love seeing the mantras!!! They remind me how much in love with this community I am. (Not that I ever need reminding 😍)

Mine are (and I’m paraphrasing because I can’t find where she’s said them!!)

“You cannot fall behind in your own story”

And

“You are showing gratitude for your body when you move it.”

Of course also: YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS!

If anyone has the word-perfect mantra I’m curious to know!

SO GOOD! This was the danciest routine we've had yet and i am SO HERE FOR IT!!! I can't wait to come back to it. Pure joy and bounce and flow. YAY!
