I needed this class today. <3  So healing and grounding.  If you're experiencing outer chaos, I really, really recommend this class to focus inward on the beauty and the power our body provides, even the teeniest tiniest muscles and movments have large ripple effects for healing and growth and change.  

Oh my goodness, I'm revisiting this one for the first time, and MAN!  This is an endurance super workout!  I'm like, I've been doing M/Body for four years now (wow!!!) usually I know when certain moves still challenge me.  This was a back-to-basics super class.  I was shaking, sweating, but so, so grateful and joyous.  Even when we think we have something mastered, we're reminded there is so much room to grow.  Thank you Marnie <3
