Hey fam! Has anyone gone back and re-done a challenge? I’ve been feeling a little lost and in need of some structure, so I’m going to try and redo the very first 60-day challenge. Wondering if anyone else has done this!!

I LOVE challenges. They just make me feel so strong and accomplished. I’m so proud of all of us for sticking through it!!! I also love jumping around and filling it out like a bingo board 😂❤️

I am so sad we’ve reached the end but so proud of us all!!! I love these challenges, especially for the daily activities. They keep me so mindful when going about my day. Especially on days I can’t get to the mat, the activities are so helpful for my body and spirit! I had to save Barbie for last, it was my absolutely fave and I feel so powerful finishing with Barbie power. This challenge came at such a beautiful time wirh that movie coming out, and a lot of changes going on in my life. This one I will always remember and I’m a little emotional that this chapter of summer is closing (but excited to open the next ❤️)

I just wanted to say how excited I am to be with y’all today!!! I had one of my hardest weeks mentally and the thought of joining everyone on the mat today is giving me so much joy and inner peace and strength. I can really use some fam power. See you all soon!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Tonight my partner and I were looking for a movie for “classic movie sundays” and he brought up watching “Nine To Five” OUT OF NOWHERE. I was like “BABE. WE HAVE TO WATCH IT!!!!! Marnie brought it up in the video today it’s FATE.”

So excited for these next 60 days! Love the community support we all bring to achieving our goals. ❤️ I’m going for 30/60 this time around, just knowing how busy I am going to be. But any more will be an added bonus!

Also ne_w_ goal that I just thought of:

  1. See a new movie there times a month. Anyone else pay for AMC Stubs only to let it go to waste? 😂 I need to start using what I pay for and seeing movies in theatres. Any movie fans in our fam? Message me to chat new films!!! I love hearing recs!

Hi lovely fam! I’m returning to the mat after two weeks of recovery (it’s been torture!) What are your recommendations for workouts that helped you ease back in to daily M/BODY? I want to feel some burn, but I also know I need to nourish and take it slow with my body. Help? Thank you!!! ❤️

I love seeing the mantras!!! They remind me how much in love with this community I am. (Not that I ever need reminding 😍)

Mine are (and I’m paraphrasing because I can’t find where she’s said them!!)

“You cannot fall behind in your own story”

And

“You are showing gratitude for your body when you move it.”

Of course also: YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS!

If anyone has the word-perfect mantra I’m curious to know!

Oh my! I was smiling through the whole routine! I always end up doing Planksgiving on my birthday because of the holiday weekend and it is so rewarding even pre-recorded. I am so grateful for this fam ❤️
