Catching up on classes and loved that I chose this one today, ahead of my birthday tomorrow. Felt like the birthday shout-outs were for me too! Perfect class to feel the strength, power and elegance of our inner ballerina. Loved it!

Hiiii from sunny Cape Town :) Yip I m still here representing from far down South. My favourite weekday classes are 30-45min, and then on weekends - with a bit more time - I do 45-60min. My sweet spot is def 45min though ❤ Sending love from across the ocean x

Gosh, I have been MIA (read work has been my life) in recent months and I have not made time for myself. That ends today. This guide was perfectly timed for me to "begin" again, to re-introduce consistency. Back to the very first one we go, and it's still so on-point! ❤️
