Hi everyone! I did Slow Sculpt /402 this morning and I am obsessed 🤩. It just hit the spot. I’m trying to be more intentional this season about incorporating slower paced, strengthening workouts. Please share some of your favourites (ideally Sculpt). Thank you 💛🙏🏼
