Strangely I have usually avoided the chair classes (not quite sure why) and when deciding on a class to choose today I landed on this one; it might have been the addition of the ankle weights that appealed to me + reading all the amazing comments. Anyway I am very grateful I did because I loved it!! Now Iโ€™m on a mission to try them all ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ For anyone ummโ€™ing and ahhโ€™ing about whether to do this class - do it! I felt lean, strong and powerful, and stretched, plus the new combos were such fun! Will def revisit this class again ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ

Loved this class - different, challenging, sweaty, powerful, yet familiar in some of the moves. Looking forward to more glider classes and how we will incorporate them in new and familiar moves. Got a feeling we're going to be stronger and even more powerful in 2024. Bring it on! Thank you Marnie and team xx

Seems a few of us had the same idea this week. I revisited this Palestineโ€™s day class from โ€˜22 this morning; itโ€™s still a goodie. Felt strong and powerful, and so shweaty. A perfect balance ๐Ÿ’—

Happy NY from a delightfully sunny Cape Town!

I would love to have a class or 2 incorporate therabands for something different.ย 

Also looove the 45min signature / full body.ย

In case you havent heard it recently: best ab workout, ever. Perfect all-rounder (more than just abs) and a perfect pace. L O V E ! (And Iโ€™ve done it a lot! Canโ€™t get enough) ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ
