Switched up days 1 and 2 because of my schedule. Would have loved to have done the first challenge live with everyone! But could still feel the energy a day later x

Last done 26/09/22. Two sets of four-sets-of-8 jumps what a great challenge! I love doing glutes on the ground with the spinal extension at the bar. Also really nice challenge for the legs and epic stretch for hips during the moving bridges at the end
