Lovely. Slower conscious pace except for the first cardio series. No planks/push-ups here. Future Nicole needs to work on keeping her right leg higher in the barre series, it was more difficult to do than the left. X

Yes i deleted Instagram about six months ago! Haven’t regretted it at all. I replaced it with playing a relaxing mobile game lol. I journal as well although that only takes up around 10-20 mins. I do still have tiktok. I have to be strict with it though it’s not nearly as bad as Instagram in my opinion!
