Loved this one! Felt in my posture and obliques the next day! Although it was difficult to do the slow arm motions with “it’s tricky” playing lol, I just wanted to dance!

I had so many different thoughts and emotions during this workout!

First of all- I can’t hear that first song without thinking “nothing beats a jet2 holiday” lol.

I was originally not excited to do this workout because it’s an “older” one (I never do the ones older than M/150 I think!) . I have a tendency to always think newer=better. This reminded me that that is just not true!

It’s amazing how I’ve been doing M/body for 6ish years now but I still find challenge and heat in every class! This one was no different.

Even though I’m used to heavier weights, I used lighter ones for this class and still found the arm series challenging. I can’t forget to mention abs abs abs whoa ❤️.

Thank you Marnie & team for putting together these challenges (this one is the ride&align challenge feb 2026) so I’m always rediscovering these gorgeous classes!

Wow! I could feel my leg muscles wrapping my bones with that fiery leg series 🩷

Coming back to say the follows days my booty was stiff, right in the middle!

I’d love a standing lower body sculpt class with no weights and swinging arm movements. So like a standing core + shoulder release ❤️
