I know there’s a signature 60 live today but when you get a chance please please try signature 76 if you haven’t already! It is so fun and freeing. The cardio dance is light and bouncy and fun!

To my knowledge this is the only class that has a ballet barre stretch 1/3 of the way through AND stretch on the floor 2/3 of the way through.

The plank and ab series is fiery! If you want to work on shoulder/arm strength it is PERFECT!! I just love this one so so much!

So we are perfect match! I struggle with the slower burn classes & stretch classes because it gives me time to think about life and I don’t like that lol. I highly recommend Halloween sweat 147 for you. No big jumps, and no jumping jacks. Did this class today and I love the stretch/words at the end which I usually struggle to sit still during.
