This is definitely my favorite 20-mins class! I didnโt even have the ankle weights but it was powerful. It is perfection for tight hips and lower back ๐ค๐ป I like that my legs didnโt have to go up even once on the โbarreโ (my chair!) because mine is really angled and painful to my ankle ๐
