Knockout sessions brings me back to my Billy Boot Camp days (it was trending in Japan long ago!) when I first discovered a love of fitness ❤️‍🔥 All the arm movements reminded me of the health benefit conductors get which Marnie mentioned several classes ago. Whenever I punch, I try to do it with focus as if I’m punching something in real life to get the most for my heart health!

This happened to be my birthday workout after a day spent outside! ⛱ I’m glad to end the day with this short, no (or very low) impact work that gets your whole body firing up!

Just realized that I met Anahita Pradhan 2 days after my 3-year M/BODY • Marnie-versary! 🥳🙌🏻

Aww, I still can’t believe we got to meet each other through this platform! 🇯🇵🇬🇧I agree with what you said, Anahita, that this community really brings together inspirational women! Anahita and her husband were so classy, hard-working, kind, and fun! It was so fun to talk all things M/BODY with someone IRL. I’m so blessed to have met you (and your husband!) and hope we can always stay connected! 🥰 Thank you Marnie for bringing us together and providing this way of working out for a busy working woman like Anahita Pradhan and busy homeschooling mom like me 💕

This went by too quickly, I wanted more! I really enjoyed the longer May email this month, by the way 💓 So informative as well as fun!

Favorited! ✌🏻Who else in the world can combine a sweat and stretch so naturally throughout a class? Marnie! The movement was a bit quick for me with the brainwork involved but I know she mentions time and time again to go at your own speed so I did. “I am safe, I am well” is a simple yet beautiful reminder.

What a release, a detox…! 🌺 Massaging the hips in the end is one of my favorite things.

Can I be honest? I usually skip <60s because it’s a lot of higher impact and I crave more sculpt-y classes. This was was such a change and I’d love more like this! Not having the barre was also great to keep things different!
