Yes, YES! This is why I love 45-mins classes. It is hard and works the body all over. I want to come back to this on my higher energy time of day/day of the week ☄️

The x3 repetition on each side in one go really helped me get deeper and relaxed (less brain work, basically). Morning hip tightness now gone 🌬and feeling warm and even a little sweaty! I experienced a new stretch move in the end of laying arms on the ground while crossing the legs on top of each other. Saved to favorites!

The longer I’ve been around this platform and listen to Marnie, the more I realize how well-informed, well-spoken, and is a master of fitness and wellness… 🧜🏻‍♀️ I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity in sharing your wisdom and expertise with us 🤍 This is the first time I asked a question for the Q&A and you enlightened me with an answer that I didn’t consider or was made aware by professionals. Can’t wait to listen to this whole video when I get the chance!

Definitively standing taller and feeling stronger in my shoulders and back after this one. It didn’t feel “hard” during the class, but it proves that it doesn’t always have to feel tiring and being sweaty to be effective!

My husband joined me first thing in the morning ⛅️ Both the upper and lower body was worked equally, I would say! Note to self: use about the same weights for arms as ankle weights; it is enough. And now with our workout complete, we’re ready to go on our vacation! 🏖️

I hurt my lower back in May and the pain lingered for over 2 weeks. I thought it was on its way to recovery but I felt the pain coming back again today 😞 The orthopedic said I might have a weak core and that exercise like pilates or swimming is good, but I’m here thinking, “That’s exactly what I seem to be training through M/BODY!” I admit my arms and legs might not be the strongest, but I sure thought my core was strong… My guess is that taking care of a newborn and carrying a preschooler was to blame for the recurring pain. Do you have any ideas for protecting our backs and which classes are specifically good for strengthening the core?

10 pounds was the sweet spot for me 💪🏻To answer Marnie’s question about middle names, people in Japan don’t have one! Did you know that Indonesians usually don’t have last names either?

Loved the heat and stretch at the same time while feeling graceful 🩰 The barre on an angle was great as well!
