Realized yesterday that this month is 3 years since I started M/Body! My initial goal of getting more healthy in 2020 was firstly for myself, but also to prepare my body for pregnancy. Not only did this work & community support me through my first pregnancy (up until hours before my water broke in Target, lol!), but also through postpartum healing, preparing for a second pregnancy, and now a surprise twin pregnancy! I am SO grateful to this supportive community & life changing work, and I can’t wait to continue to learn, grow & celebrate life together. Much love to everyone! :)

Marnie & M/Body Crew, before I became an official M/Body fam member in Jan ‘21, I (like so many!) did the popsugar videos, but there was also one on Marnie’s Instagram for a while. Maybe summer of 2020?
I LOVED it! specifically I remember the song ‘move, sweat, shake, let it go’ while doing a plank knee to your chest into a one legged downward dog series (major burn!) Any chance you could post that video to the catalog? It would be amazing to see how far (or not!!) I’ve come 😊

I’ve been having some issues with glaucoma and I’m trying to avoid being upsidedown until I’ve gotten things under control. Any suggestions for good standing workouts? So far I’ve got 262 standing sweat, 264 barre burn that is mostly standing, and 316 abs and arms that was mostly standing. Any others? Thank you!

Hey Fam, hello Marnie and team M/body.
I geeting back to a routine of exercise at least 5 times a week. And i noticed that depends where i am on my cycle my energy changes a lot and some classes feel better than others. Would be possible to have like a quick guide on what types of classes fits us better during our periods, pms, ovulation and so on? Or is that too complex and I should figure it out for myself? It's just an idea, but since this Fam is full of us, I thought I could be useful. Also Marnie seems to know so much about hormones, that I tought that will be something that she could totally help us.
Anyways, I would like to know your thoughts and feelings about that.

Hi Gfam 🫶 We are so sorry for all the glitches and freezes happening on our app and website

We’ve been working super hard with our tech team to get it solved, but we need some info from you guys to get it fixed ASAP!

If you guys can let us know what device you’re using (android, iPhone, MacBook, etc) while streaming our workouts, that would be so helpful in getting it fixed quicker!

We’re so thankful for the grace you have shown us and apologize for the inconvenience it’s caused any of you!

We took all 3 kids on a hike today! 😉 So thankful to be healthy enough in the 2nd trimester of a twin pregnancy to enjoy time in nature with our family. Hope everyone who was able to make it to the live enjoyed it! 🥰 Hoping to catch up later this week! Have a great weekend, everyone! ☀️

Marnie’s talk about the coming months and class needs had me thinking about how amazing a Lymphatic system focused class would be!
Maybe like a 20-30 minute series where you walk through the lymphatic drainage massage from the other days class then do some shaking and moves that help promote drainage, and end with a legs up the wall meditation?!
Just a thought for a healing and restorative class as we move towards cooler weather and darker days!
