Open chest, open heart, active back. Such a beautiful posture class!

Power sculpt series is becoming my favorite playlist on M/BODY. It builds on the functional poses and patterns we learn first with just body weight and deepens the burn and brings out more wiggles. I look forward to the soreness my muscles will feel tomorrow. Energizing, playful, powerful.

This is a great class to visit whenever you feel like you’re entering a new chapter or period of your life and want to vibrate in the sense of renewal. Forever favorite!

Instant fave. I went into it thinking “I’ll just to a quick 30” and I was quickly reminded that the short classes can be more challenging than the longer formats. We CAN do hard things!!
