So warm, so gummy. When the Raye song came on I laughed out loud thinking “how will my future husband find me doing M/Body in my basement?!” with my barre and my cat supervising, but it’s quite the opposite - we show up for ourselves, we get better connected to our authentic energy, then we can show up better for others. I believe this work is not only foundational but cyclical, it builds upon itself and manifests in our lives in so many beautiful and unexpected ways. ❤️‍🔥💞…💍? 👀

Monique reminded me of this gem! Holy smokes! So sweaty and focused, the perfect remedy to a chaotic work day. It took careful control and focus to maintain posture especially with heavier weights (5 lbs). I’m sure I’ll feel the burn tomorrow. It did the trick, I now feel gummy and relaxed. Thanks, Marnie!
