Monique reminded me of this gem! Holy smokes! So sweaty and focused, the perfect remedy to a chaotic work day. It took careful control and focus to maintain posture especially with heavier weights (5 lbs). I’m sure I’ll feel the burn tomorrow. It did the trick, I now feel gummy and relaxed. Thanks, Marnie!

Oh the joy of rediscovering this class! I had forgotten I had saved it as a favorite. No equipment, but lots of wiggly meditative flow. Just the right amount of intensity to not spike cortisol and leave me feel gummy and relaxed. 10/10 as always, M!

Fabulous class. The pace, the weights was the perfect length for this morning. The meditation was what I also needed to hear today. When things are not aligned and it feels like something is unraveling or falling apart, let the cracks show..to let the light in. We don’t have progress without a bit of breakdown to rebuild.
