Is anyone else not in Italy having FOMO! haha. I can't wait to hear how it went and see pictures. Wishing everyone a beautiful day and harness that positive power from Italy into your homes to continue your workouts. x

so i've never been a diary or journal girl. not for lack of trying. it's such as assumption in the wellness/fitness/spiritual communities that everyone does it? i've tried over and over and it just doesn't work. and then i wonder if something is wrong with me - (i know nothing is wrong with me, but the feeling sometimes creep up). guess i'm just wondering out loud if there are there any other non-journalers out there? and if so, have you found any good substitutes when you/we are prompted to journal?
loving all the italy pics and stories on IG. <3
Hi fam! Iโm a bit under the weather and feeling low energy and achy - giving my body lots of rest (as much as I can with two minis ๐
) - but these workouts are such an important part of my mental health/managing my anxiety I was thinking maybe I could incorporate some mild stretch flows into my sick days.
So! What are your favorite low energy classes?
Coming to you from Rome, getting excited to meet more of the global fam this upcoming week!
Visiting my college bestie outside of Cambridge on my way to the retreat and she wanted to do the newest posture class! And she is 9 weeks postpartum (number 3)! She wore him for part of the class! Will post a video to my IG but wanted to encourage the new mamas to do what your body allows with all the modifications you need, baby wearing included. :)
I celebrated my 40th year yesterday and canโt believe it! Age is truly just a number, I feel stronger and healthier then I did in my twenties! So thank you M/Body for the fun and encouraging workouts! Also shout out to our amazing community! I feel connected to so many of you and am grateful for this family! Xoxo!
After months of anticipation and preparation, itโs time for Italy! Iโll begin with a few days in Rome and then cannot wait to make my way to the Coast where Iโll meet M/Body global Fam members
Safe travels to everyone as we journey and Be in the Light

5lbs!!! Thank you Marnie for the encouragement. So excited for all of you going on the Italy retreat! Excited to see pictures and hoping to go on the next one! ๐๐ Will miss you! Weโll hold down the m/body fort of love while yaโll are there!๐๐
Hi everyone! My name is Dre and I used to go to Marnie's studio in LA back in the day, and it was my HAPPY place! Two babies and a crazy work-from-home job made it very challenging for me to keep a consistent workout. Now, in my final two months of maternity leave, I am excited to really get back into it and BE in a rhythm to workout when I return to work in Jan (assuming this means M/Body at 5am!). I have been back at M/Body for 2 weeks and I am LOVING it!!! Just wanted to see if anyone has any tips to stay consistent, as I would really like to do classes 7 days a week, with two days being short classes. Do you go through and add them to your calendar in advance? How do you pick which classes to take daily? Do you choose a different style class for a certain day of the week? Open to any tips, as it seems like this community is STRONG and CONSISTENT! Happy to be part of it! Xo, Dreย
Since Lindsey and Monique requested a selfie I am sharing it here as well as on IG!
Happy Monday Fam, sending love ๐ฉท
