To anyone who like me has gone way off the board with the challenge last few weeks - life has got so busy and chaotic - BUT… is still making it to the mat! Proud of us! Messy but still present! And looking forwards to catching up with all the new lives when I have a chance 😍
What better way to celebrate seeing Barbie with all my sibs and sweet mama?! This was my favorite 60 min so far! The playfulness and energy was so strong! Felt good to be silly and laugh today!!

Since she’s been around Marnie’s workouts since she was in Mommy’s tummy, my almost 2 year old loves practicing her poses. 😉 Her favorite is 3 legged dog, which she’s doing here next to our sweet dog. We love stretching in this house! 🧘♀️
Dreaming of making the treck for the NYC class this year (from SC!), so I subbed todays challenge workout with last years IRL NYC class and it was SO FUN and I loved seeing some of your faces 🥰
Hey fam! When this challenge started, I was psyched to see that it leads me right into another big road trip and now that the finish line is in focus I am feeling strong and ready for it! I wanted to share my tour here in hopes of running into some of the fam while I'm on the road! Lemme know if you live near any of these towns, even if you can't make the show maybe we can workout together 🤠
I'm also debating on whether I'm bringing my 2lbs or my 3lbs 🤣 I try to pack light and last tour i stuck to no equipment but in retrospect (and I never thought I'd say this) but I missed my weights the most!
Anyways, love yall so much! Can't wait to do some of these travel classes in some national parks and keep spreading the mbody light!
A lot going on with our apartment…. It’s been rough and tough and we are scrambling to find a new place to live, but this activity made me realize that damn! A lot of great things actually happened too this week! More than 5 even! I needed to focus on the good! So thank you Marnie for this 60 day challenge activity. I think this will be our Sunday ritual from here on out!
