Congrats on another amazing challenge! Not sure what hit different this time, but I felt super connected and energized by every class and everyone’s global presence. Loved going back and discovering (M/<45 Sculpt + Sweat/47...where did that come from?!) and rediscovering old faves (shaking it offΒ  in M/<60 Signature/36.) So grateful I get to do this with all of you!

Another amazing challenge!! I doubled up on days I had more energy to release and took rest days when I needed them. I was so surprised, as I am in most challenges, that because of the sequencing of classes and perhaps doing classes I wouldn't normally choose, that my body felt so different!! Definitely new muscles engaged and some new classes favorites!! Congrats challengers!!!! ❀️πŸ₯³

59/60. Because of some end of challenge travel, I didn’t get a last m<60 in. I’ll be doing that tomorrow! Congrats to anyone who participated in whatever capacity in this challenge that absolutely FLEW by! I did a lot more than I expected!! πŸ’— I reached my goal of 3 Mbody workouts a week!! πŸŽ‰πŸ™ŒπŸ’« from here, I plan to fill in my calendar with the workouts that I missed due to β€œrest days”. I absolutely love the mbody calendar on the app, but I also love writing checkmarks on paper next to when I finish and circling the days where I worked out in some capacity. Just a reminder of - yeah! I did that pat on the back thing. This was super fun and rewarding! Thank you mbody global fam!!! Love ya Marnie! πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’— we did it!!!

Happy Challenge Finish to all who participated this time around! I was aiming for 4 classes per week, considering 5 as a Badass Bonus. Wild winter weather and tending to a sick child resulted in unexpected time opportunities for classes (off work) which helped, but the second board was lighter than the first. Greater consistency feels best, and I look forward to getting in almost daily during spring break and eventually summer break. Thank you Marnie and M/BODY Team for all of the efforts to create and sustain this platform, and thank you to the #mbodyglobalfam for the mutual support, encouragement, and shared energy. Cheers!
