What a fun class! Would be great for beginners too as all the foundations are there. Loved the music mix too. The words at the end were so inspiring. For me, this challenge isn't all about the actual exercise - its also about the commitment to self, the commitment to saying "hey, I can do this" and the promise to myself I may not get it perfect, but at least I tried". Did this one today as day 1 of the 60 day as I went for a good hike in the snowy mountains today so the stretch, despite my not being very flexible, felt yummy. I'll do day 1 tomorrow. Make it your own.
