Did this one in the evening today and wow, how stellar. I felt all the opening and welcoming energy. Happy Cdn Thanksgiving from Alberta. That playlist was fire!  Thank you fam!!

Amazing. For the first time in my life that I can consciously remember, when Marnie said, think about how far you have come, I actually smiled and released tears of joy. 55 years old and finally okay with me. Never give up, you beautiful people. Isn't it awesome that you never know when a prompt will shift your soul, when a kind word resonates, when a mantra gets through a wall you may have up. Thank you to you all and to Marnie and the team for once again giving us the safest place to honour each other and ourselves.

Love this one. Had a long day of standing and sitting yesterday after the 45 live so this class today really helped stretch out the legs, the hips, the shoulders - a total body lengthening. Thank you!!!

Creatine, collagen, supplements to support joints for peri or menopause? I'm so glad that attention is being brought to menopause, but there also seems to be a lot of chaos around it. Heavier weights, weighted vests, cross fit, creatine, collagen, all of it! Help me disentangle the web, Please!!

Happy belated Canada Day to all my Canadian fam and to the fam around the world celebrating your ability to expand!!! This class was crazy sweaty and super shaky for me. Challenging all the balance and the working of the joints and muscles. Thank you!!

Back from a holiday which was a roller coaster of amazing memories, amazing friends and being dumped all at the same time. A whirlwind of emotions and this class, getting back to my actual centre, reminded me of the power held there and the balance needed to move through the joy, the grief and to reconnect. Thank you.
