Since 2020 I have been here and today's class was a celebration of love, strength, peace, sweat and community. A sweatfest followed by a cryfest. Such a dream to be part of this community.

I had to switch this out from Saturday to today, but am still doing a class as per the challenge. This class spoke so loudly to me today and felt so smooth and, I dunno to word it, but pretty. Graceful, tall, lean and strong. What an amazing class - I say that probably every single time. Thank you thank you!!!

Shout to Shannon!! Also, I know Marnie had a catch in the throat for a second and I sneezed like crazy - what are we all releasing here? Wild. Such beautiful movement throughout this class - I felt less clutzy and more elegant for 30 minutes. Thank you!

Such a big smile spread across my face at the very end. As part of the challenge for 2026, this was beautiful, present, joyful and peaceful. Heart pumping and calming all at the same time. Beautifully designed!! Thank you and grateful to you all!

My word. My hips are letting S%^# go. So many tears at the end I couldn't open my eyes to the sun for a couple of minutes, wondering if I belong there. But here we all are - maybe moving slower, maybe decreasing the weight - not weakness, but strength in wisdom to do what serves our body and mind. thank you so much.

That was a surprising ending and just as we were to expand our arms during the meditation, my body just released something huge and a big cry/exhale came out. Healing those hips and body! wow

I have the worst bunions and a lot of the time I cannot plank or do curtsy lunges as the pressure just pains. I used to wake up during the night with that hot burning pain. It is getting better, but still limiting.

Sad I couldn't make the live, but a great class to do in the evening too! Have a great weekend, fam! Loving this challenge!
