I love this post so much Jess!! Thank you for asking! Currently I’m falling in love with reducing plastic in my life. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by it - I’ve taken baby steps of self care towards it. It feels good to be a curious consumer! It’s lead me to make new choices and pick up hobbies. I’ve learned how to knit wool & joined a knit circle, make my own sourdough bread and bagels, slow down in the kitchen and cleaning department, love my face with a little less makeup, make my own body butter, try a ceramics class and bring my own mug to my fave matcha shop!
