Hey M/body fam! I just finished the new year class with Emma (my not so mini) pictured here left. That is the actual Atlantic Ocean out our window and a super motivating backdrop for our classes.
I really loved what Marnie said about New Year’s resolutions- not being all or nothing and pairing joyful activities with our resolution goals.

It’s been nearly three weeks since I last worked out due to bronchitis, but I just finished the holiday signature and it was such a joy!
Even though it wasn’t a live session, I felt really connected with everyone, and I got pretty emotional during the meditation…
