Living on the east coast, Wednesday Lives are 1pm for me. I’m lucky to WFH on Wednesdays so I can exercise at that time, whereas many other work days I exercise at night. It makes such an impact on raising my energy with my afternoon/evening clients after having a workout and feeling the energy of Marnie’s instruction and knowing so many others are doing the same in real time (or watching from work and engaging in that way). I was aware of that all yesterday and enjoyed it! Exercising at night can make sleep initiation harder, yet it’s easier for me to stay up later than awake earlier to get it in first thing in the morning. Thank you all for the energy boost to not only keep on going during workouts but for that lingering effect for the rest of the day. Will be going through the medicines/supplements later on to clear out expired items for Day #6!

Loved today’s class so much! Was a little clumsy with the side move (where we lift the front leg then stretch the other back), but am excited to see the progress I’ll make as time goes on.

Hey everyone. I'm incredibly grateful for this community feature because it's been so much fun connecting with you all so far. I don't have Facebook and I planned on doing this challenge solo but I'm happy we can do this together.

I've been a fitness enthusiasts forever & I love that I found this space. I feel safe & connected in each class. I found Marnie on YouTube a few years ago, and I never imagined she'd be my teacher now. These workouts just speak to my soul! It's amazing how life works out. I'm happy I joined M/Body. My heart decided to sign up and I had no idea what to expect and I took the leap anyway.

All of the post here have been inspiring & comforting. You all rock & I'm cheering all of you on! Thank you all!! Sending my love and gratitude across the globe. We rock!!

Very excited about the latest spring challenge. Always look forward to the lives, but especially during a challenge. The energy from this community is like no other. My mind, body, and soul thanks every single one of you for inspiring me to stretch beyond my self-imposed limitations. When I first started doing classes with my sister, I thought I would never be coordinated or flexible or balanced enough to keep up. Now, almost 2 years later I instinctively know what’s coming and my body just does it. I’ve never enjoyed exercise so much.

As the title here states, in additional to praising you beautiful people, I was hoping to request this song for an upcoming live - Pepas by Farruko. It would be an amazing bday treat if it happened to be part of the 3/12 playlist in honor of my 3/13 bday, but I’ll just bean ear to ear if I ever hear it in any class. Thanks for considering! I love all your requests!
