My goal this week is to not stop when it's hard, but also pull back if my body needs rest! So im piggybacking off of others goals, as they are spot on!

Be careful when Marnie says “low impact” that doesn’t mean is going to be a ride on a carousel. It means you’ll feel the burn and ended up with a kick on your ass by her. That’s all…thank you!!! Gotta love Marnie!!

Good morning fam!! So bummed I’ll be missing todays live because I’ll be on set with Rain Paris all day! Marnie, maybe throw one of her songs in the mix for me since I can’t be there? Love y’all! 😍

Wow - did I ever have a long day. 10 hour work day and one hour commute home. Walked the dog, fed the dog, fed the child, put the child to bed. I didn’t get to work out until 9pm. I am not going to lie, there were moments that I wanted to lie down under the piano bench with the dog, but I did it! And will be back on the mat in 12.5 hours to see you all at the live! Happy Friday to everyone and happy last day of work before a week off to me!

I finally got a picture of this - everytime I hit the ballet barre, my daughter wants to join. 😂 I always ask her before class “are you ready to work out with mommy & Marnie???” So thankful that she’s watching me LOVE working out and prioritizing healthy habits! We love Marnie and our fam! 💕
