Doing my best to accept that this challenge looks a lot different then my past challenges. Since Day 1 I have come down with a really bad sinus cold. I have had zero energy to do anything more than the basics. I am crossing my fingers I can make it to the mat at some point tomorrow and join in on the fun!

It has been a challenge to not be envolved in the way I would like, but I am definitely here cheering you all on! Everyone is killinโ€™ it so far! Keep it up M/Warriors!!!๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

My biggest challenge is going to be not working when I am on my vacation next week. I am very very bad at unplugging.

I also started Noom to get my nutrition on track. I stress ate and worked my whole way through the pandemic. I am 22 pounds down and getting my life back and owe so much of this to M/body.

Happy International Womenโ€™s Day to all of you! I am pushing myself by doing a 60 minute workout on a Tuesday night! Weโ€™ve got this :)

This Challenge begins already with two of my all time favourites! Dancerโ€™s Arms is on my Top 5 list, and todayโ€™s sessions is just pure joy - the moves, the barre choreography, the playlist was on fire! ๐Ÿ˜ Writing my three goals right next to the ones from last Spring gave such a good feeling, because it reminded me I have actually achieved all of it! ๐Ÿ’œ So excited for all the emotions and sweat and cool moves we get to enjoy together! Happy Tuesday ๐Ÿ’œ

Goal 1: be able to put palms on the floor by the end of the challenge

Goal 2: complete 45 days (already done 3! Yay!)

Goal 3: be able to do 1 real pushup by the end of the challenge

Kicking off Day #4 w/ lemon water (fresh lemon, ginger, cayenne pepper & turmeric) although my 5 year old has taken all the mason jars to make โ€œpotionsโ€ (now filled w/ food coloring, glitter, cinnamon, and soap) so chugging from a regular glass. โค๏ธ

I journaled my smart goals last night and sharing them here- hopefully itโ€™s legible. Cheers to each of you as you continue your journey! ๐Ÿ’ช
