15/21!!!! I’m super proud to have done 5x a week! Being just 4 months PP post c-section, this was just the kickstart to more workouts and more consistency!! I also finished my first 60 min this week, which was one of my goals!! Happy final day of the challenge friends!

You each bring something special to this space and it's pretty wonderful that we are bonded by the love of dance and this work. (Thank you, Marnie and M/BODY team, for bringing us together) It's incredible to experience this dance together and what a joyous gift it is!
Continue to be kind, inspiring, thoughtful, and charitable. Share the goodness in your hearts with your family & friends, and everyone you encounter but especially with those who may be unkind or unfriendly for their hearts ache the most. Your goodness matters, and sharing that goodness reminds others of their own. Nourish that goodness and that true love within!

My kiddo as one of our favorite Detroit Lions Hutchinson (now hurt with a broken leg, hence the boot)! It's his last Elementary School Halloween parade and he's helping out by walking a Kindergarten buddy. And I got to go out with some amazing mom friends for a Witch's Night Out last week🥰

I wrote months back about my debut novel Us Fools launching into the universe on September 17 and now it’s been here. I wanted to say thank you to this bright and shining community, which I joined back at the start of the pandemic and which has seen me through that rough patch, election cycles, wild fires, giving birth to my daughter (now 2), and to this novel. Forgive me for the self-centered nature of this note, but if I don’t pause to share then I will not be honoring myself, which feels antithetical to Marnie’s philosophy.
