Tomorrow we will be doing a 45 min Strong Back Soft Heart workout because movement and community are healing, so we wanted to come together to do both!

I’m so happy I joined the zoom class today. It was a wonderful workout and great to see all the people who showed up. Thank you! I have not taken a barre class in quite some time. I forgot how much I love it! 💜

I circled back and did the new years live. I just wanted to come on here to say first I LOVE THIS FAM!
Second, I am really vibing with having journal prompts post class. The workouts clear my brain and the meditations allow for more open introspection. Pair that with journaling and it’s perfect.
I don’t often carve out time for ME and am notoriously a people pleaser in all arenas - family, work especially…making time to reflect (even in small increments) is feeling very transformative this year.
