I would like some more instruction on how to do ab work “properly”. I am in pelvic floor physical therapy and apparently I’ve been using my abs wrong while doing floor ab exercises. I’ve also heard other women on tiktok saying the same thing about Pilates ab work (issues with doming). Some more beginner/basics classes might be good for all of us.

Also, always love a posture class :)

I think this might be my favorite. I've done it so many times and never get bored of it. It truly feels energizing and not exhausting!

Amazing class. Such a gentle and peaceful flow but the burn is real!

This was so challenging in the best way. I'm looking forward to coming back to this workout in a few days while the choreo is still fresh in my mind. For some reason, recently, I've been struggling with work on all fours. I'll probably take out the ball/weight behind the knee to get back to basics.
