Finally got a picture of my (one year old 🥲) mini with her 3 fur siblings on the mat! 🙌🏻 She has known marnie’s voice since she’s been in mommy’s tummy, and she always gets so happy & waves when she sees her! 😘 much love from our family to the global fam!
Hi! The Queen’s passing brought me to tears. Anyone else impacted similarly? I never had the honour to meet the Queen but her work ethic and dignity inspired me. I cannot believe that Canada now has a King because I truly respected the Queen. The Queen was always present and never waivered in her duty. The Queen has earned her rest and I hope that she is with the Duke.
Just to say I am grateful for this community and all the wellness I get from M/body. Mind, body, soul. Just grateful.

Hi, fam! I first discovered Marnie through PopSugar Fitness. It was before the pandemic and I looked Marnie up to see if she had online workouts but I was disappointed to discover there were none. Fast forward to this year, and I was over the moon that I could sign up! I’ve been working out to M/BODY since this May, but it’s the first time to introduce myself ☺️ My name is pronounced MAH-yo, and I have a mini as you can probably tell from the things behind me 👦🏻 The last time I went to LA was in 2017. I’m based in Japan so I’ve never been able to join a live, but I wanted to connect with you all! It would be a dream to join Marnie and the fam at a studio IRL ✨
