Y’all! Leon Bridges showed up at my hubby’s gig in Bishop Arts today! Happy Sunday, gfam! Wanted to share this favorite fall recipe of mine, since I think many of our crew would like it. It's a lentil sweet potato chili that's SUPER flavorful and filling and freezes really well. You can make it totally vegan, but I like to top mine with Greek yogurt and add a squeeze of lemon at the end. Enjoy! xx

We played a show on Halloween in these 18th century French garb vampires lol. The second pic is from a few years back in LA. It’s really the prettiest dress I own lol. Michael looks legit. I am able to jump around on stage bc of Mbody! Love this fam! Thank you Marnie!

I'm going to try ballet besides doing M/body -- I'm curious to hear if there's any ballet dancers here and if you have suggestions on how often to do a class or M/Body so I don't overtrain and/or burn out. 😅 I LOVE M/Body, and I've done a few classes of intro ballet and ADORE IT. It's the right kind of attention to detail my brain loves. And it's strictly for fun/health, I'm not looking to perform! Any other advice or suggestions would also be great. Thanks! ❤️
I know I'm newly back but have been consistent every day since I signed back up last week. What I wanted to share is how, still to this day, after doing hundred of these classes over the years, every meditation makes me weep and smile. The release of those emotions stored in those hips is REAL. Marnie and everyone, thank you for your gentle guidance through all of it. Much love to all the beauties out there. Thank you. With our new theme of gratitude I had to share a fun thing my family does in November! I put small pieces of paper, sharpies & tape in a container near our thankful mirror and we each add something everyday❣️✨ It’s really special to see what my boys come up with 🥰
