After doing planksgiving today, and having heard familiar names of the shout outs, I wanted to say a special hello to Steph (my Canadian girl), Lizymary, Faith, Brit...I remember our insta posts sharing our journeys when covid hit and we became insta pals. Hi..Thanksgiving is hard. I’m reaching out to say it outloud. Regardless of the difficulty, for the past 4 years, and now 5, I celebrate with a Planksgiving class. It’s me, my basement, my headphones, and usually Signature 46. I invite any to join in a Planksgiving class in hopes that the solidarity has an uplifting effect because gosh could I use it; and just maybe that means someone else could too.

Hi! Just wanted to say how grateful I am for Marnie and this community. I’ve been out for 3 weeks due to bronchitis and sinus infection so I was nervous to get back to my workouts. I started with a 45 min slow sculpt and it was everything I needed, highly recommend when you return after a long break. I’ve been doing these workouts for over a decade and my brain and muscle memory allowed me to flow and recover without too much soreness or loss of energy. Been taking all the classes I missed-knockout, glider etc and I am not surprised that I am able to keep up and build my progress back up. This is why I’m so thankful to have found Marnie,Ive been able to condition and listen to my body so that I can recover and rest, but remain strong till I can return to the mat. I’ll be 52 next week, thank you to M/BODY for helping me become a strong and sculpted lady. Love you to pieces Marnie and M/BODY 💫💛

When i signed up again a few weeks ago, having had to take too long off, I chose to start with the 21 day program amd interspersed them with the up to date lives, and this one popped up for me today. The 50th online class ever. How amazing. I remember being there online for this one when it came out. Amazing to see the growth of the platform and the community. Thank you

She’s the sweetest little moppy baby - we can’t wait for her stray hold to be over on Friday so she can get a much needed haircut, she’s going to feel like a whole new pup!

This is our first time fostering 🤍 learning as we go but she’s a sweet little love!
