Travel and a bad cold knocked me out for part of the second challenge board, but I still got 41/60 workouts, which I'm pretty happy about even if it was a little lower than I was hoping for. Loved having the challenge there to motivate me to keep going even when things were tough!

Thanks for the tip, I used light weights during the punch series - great idea!

I went back through my favorites - there are so many good 20 minute classes! Here's what I have - and they're all different types of classes too, so something for every mood: 73, 104, 113, 121, 125, 130, 132, 136, 146,  163, 191, 214, 230, 264, 268, 276, 288, 318, 346, 381

Just wanted to share how much I agree with your thoughts on the class. Grounded classes are some of the most challenging for me too, and it can be tough when I can't keep up. This one had such a beautiful flow and made me feel strong. It was the best challenge and felt empowering to complete.

This really is great after a long day of work. It starts with nice stretching in the warm up and then progresses steadily. My quads were on fire by the end! It flies by and feels like such an accomplishment when you're finished.
