Hi GlobalFam! Wondering what weights are recommended for the Power Sculpt classes? I've been using 3lb weights for regular class for a while and am ready to level up but not sure what to buy.

Here's my summer challenge board! I joined late but came in stronger than I expected to for the last board. Even had a work trip in there and was doing it from the hotel room. You all kept me motivated!

I love 30-min and 45-min classes. Would love another standing abs class and dance/sweat class!

I hit my 30-class goal + extra!! When I was about halfway through, I thought I wasn't gonna make it because I was at less than 15 classes but then I re-committed. I buckled down and made it happen. It helped to have options to do classes of different lengths and styles. Thanks for inspiring me to hit the mark + more. I really enjoyed the challenge!
