faced a big disappointment this morning… could barely cope… after cleaning in my garden (always need cleaning outside for cleaning my thoughts inside) I was still totally worried and confused, wanted to let go of the thoughts, couldn’t. checked on the challenge board - took what was foreseen for today… THERE IT WAS - my healing ❤️🩹 minute by minute I loosend up, found joy again and in the end on the salsa moves I swear I was somewhere else, dancing on the beach 🧚♀️ MAGICAL! maybe the „M“ in M-BODY stands for „MAGIC“ 🫶🏼 thank you Marnie 🫶🏼
Loved being able to bring my workouts to the mountians this weekend! The thin air made it extra challenging, but I had the biggest smile on my face! Love that we can take these workouts anywhere! 🤩
Tonight my partner and I were looking for a movie for “classic movie sundays” and he brought up watching “Nine To Five” OUT OF NOWHERE. I was like “BABE. WE HAVE TO WATCH IT!!!!! Marnie brought it up in the video today it’s FATE.”
Here is my husband, Shyam, giving his all to do 299 with me after I told him you guys were raving that it was a Family class! It isn’t his natural space, but he tried so hard as he knows how much I love doing these workouts 🥰

Would you believe trying my hair down was scary? This highly sensitive person wasn’t sure about the hot hair on the neck sensation 😂but, it was FUN! Thanks for always challenging us to try new things Marnie and to believe we can do it (also my stamina with planks has sky rocketed! So grateful since I have been working on my still slightly separated abs!) ☺️
Any advice or tips on wrist pain, I pretty much die when we do floor sets because my wrist hurt so bad. 😫 Now I’m dreading the next live lol
