Hey fam! How is it going so far?

Today, it was so challenging for me to stay on the mat that I attempted today's class twice and it was the second time around that I completed the entire workout from start to finish.

Learning to ride the wave has been my biggest takeaway from participating in these challenges; some days the motivation is there and everything feels spot on, while some days you have to practice discipline and give yourself grace. Knowing that motivation comes and goes has strengthened my will to practice daily and keep the spirit of play alive. (Embracing the "I get to") That keeps me showing up/coming back lol  Therefore, today was bit messy, my movement wasn't sharp and at times I was chasing the choreo and that's alright in my book.

I hope you are all doing well! And if you are having any difficulties, I hear yah! We're in this together.

What ways do you keep yourself discipline and on track when the motivation seems far way? I'd love to hear what you have to say!

  • After all the Father’s Day festivities, I missed out on the first two days…but I’m nearly caught up and having a lot of fun! I love reading all of your goals and will no doubt subconsciously log them for a later date. The accountability in this fam is incredible!

Hi M/Body Fam! I am starting a few days late but plan to use the make up days to get all 60 in! I always feel so motivated during a challenge going through it with everyone in the community. My goal for this challenge is to be kind to myself and let the experience be relaxing and meditative rather than anxiety producing. Also being accountable for taking time for myself. Let's get this!

Hi fam! Wahoo for another challenge. Playing catch up and sharing my goals and mindset.. I want to do each of these with grace for days that feel tougher. Our summer is very busy, which makes a challenge difficult (the same for many of you). So I decided to have two goals that felt achievable, with one that seems harder. Early morning workouts are the tough one, but I’m going to try!

3 Goals:

  1. early morning weekday workouts

  2. 45 days

  3. 3 liters of water a day, an easy one.

I just have to say how much you’ll inspire me. I am just in awe reading through all of your goals.

I plan to complete 45 workouts and all 60 wellness activities. My goals for this challenge (8th!)

  1. To not drop my crown 👑

  2. To keep going even if that means slowing down

  3. To hydrate more

  4. Practice positive self-talk

Proud of us!🥰

I am super excited (maybe a little nervous??) to be joining in for the challenge! I wasn’t able to complete the challenge last fall after I got COVID and had to slow my workouts waaayy down so I’m looking forward to trying again! In the middle of a very busy summer (anyone else have a bunch of weddings to attend?!), I think this challenge will be a perfect reminder to carve out time for myself. I’m committing to 45 days! Here are my goals:

  1. Prioritize time for me - don’t just see what’s “left over” at the end of the day.

  2. Use gentleness and kindness as motivators - not harsh judgments or shame.

  3. Learn to enjoy the plank series and use them as a chance to feel strong and play.
