New favorite!!! LOVE the 80’s free flow dance vibe so much fun! I haven’t had the energy to do a full 60 minutes class lately but this was great and the time flew by! 🙌🏼

The 80’s class was SO fun and freeing!! Just thinking how about a 70’s class too, that would be a fun era of songs to dance to also!

Thank you for this one. I’ve been struggling with chronic fatigue and other health conditions and slipped into frustration towards my body not being/doing what I want or think it should…this class was such a gentle reminder and love note to my body to be ok as I am and trust the process. Somehow my body will find its way back towards health and rest and stretching are so important even if that’s all my body craves it’s ok.

How about a low impact class with restorative pelvic floor focus. I still really love the 20 and 30 minute flows and love all the ideas of fun dance party music :))

White flower oil (can get a little bottle on Amazon) it has menthol in it so don’t put near your eyes - but putting that on my shoulders, neck, jawline and forehead helps tremendously! I had migraines, tmj and fibromyalgia and mold Illness so I know headaches are truly the worst abd can be so debilitating! Also freezing washcloths to use over face or on neck/shoulders can help too.
