Hi everyone! It’s been a busy time for many of us (anyone else managing a lot of transitions this year/season?). I cannot express enough gratitude for anchoring into time on the mat, at the barre, and connecting with others I’ve met through M/BODY (especially during this past year). Hey everyone! I doubled up today and added M/20 ballet sculpt 182 to our live in order to catch-up on my 30-day goal. Funnily enough, ballet sculpt 182 was also a day 47 for a precious challenge! Have a wonderful day warriors, sending a big big hug to all of you! 💜💪
I have been pretty quiet during this challenge but just know I see you! I want to give a huge shoutout to all my warriors doing the challenge or not, you are all amazing and I am just so proud of each of you! We are so damn lucky to have such a special community that we GET to be apart of! 🥰🥰🥰
Happy I’ve made it 7 months of workouts with M/Body without a major injury! And last week on my 66th birthday, my oldest daughter gave me the news that I am going to be a grandma for the first time❤️❤️ Have a great week everyone!

Celebrating my 3 year M/Body anniversary today- hard to believe we were in the midst of lockdown 3 years ago… M/Body and that first 60 day challenge kept me healthy and sane and I’m forever grateful to this platform 🥰
