Sending hugs to all the mamas in the global fam in the thick of it this summer with the kiddos home from school! I was on a role with making the live workouts, but my goodness its been a whirlwind since mid May it feels like! Standing in solidarity with the mamas making the summer magic happen. May your freezers be full of all the popsicles and your collection of bubble wands and stack of library books be ready (and oh ya, charge those iPads for those moments when mom truly needs a break, lol)…. And thank goodness for all the cataloged workouts! Yay!!

Hi!! Is there anyone in this community that has gone through breast cancer and has experienced weight gain from the post treatment medically induced menopause? I am 39 and went through treatment last year (chemo, surgery, radiation). I am 30 pounds heavier than my “usual” weight. (In quotes bc my weight has been all over the place the last 10 years of having three babies!). I feel like the weight is more stubborn than baby weight and I’m struggling to find a protocol to loose the weight! Any help would be great! I am currently trying to move my body (Marnie workout or walking) 5x a week for 30 mins.

Celebrating my 5-year Marniversary this week, and the 555 class felt so powerful! I haven’t posted in this channel before but want to pop in to say how grateful I am for m/body and this community. These classes have really supported me in my healing journey over the past five years, getting me through a super painful divorce, a major career transition, a move, and the scary transition of learning how to live on my own again for the first time in 12 years. I ended so many classes with a healthy release of tears during Marnie’s closing meditations.

This is also the first workout that has unlocked the secrets to healing my chronic hip and low back pain, which started when I was 14. I’ve been to numerous medical professionals and tried countless exercise methods, including yoga, and this is the first workout that has strengthened my core and hips for healing and taught me how to attune to the micro-movements of my body. Whenever I learn about new physical therapy moves for my hips or critical exercises for longevity, I realize that my body already knows them because they are incorporated into Marnie’s workouts. I’m happier and healthier than ever, and I am so so grateful to Marnie and everyone else here who makes this community what it is. The energy here is just pure healing magic. 🙏🏻🥹❤️

Express class request!

Putting this request in after a full day of sitting: could we explore a 10-minute healing hips express class, or a 10-minute express designed to combat long days of sitting? (An anti-sitting class?). I feel like that would be such an amazing/helpful addition to the catalog for those of us at a desk who need a quick break! Thank you!! 💜

Hi friends.. I completed M/<45 FULL BODY SWEAT /124 just now, where the message was simply, "you are enough," and a thought hit me. After an interesting work meeting/opportunity I had this morning, this specific workout, and the ongoing example I hope to set as a parent (of girls specifically), a simple question popped in my head- one I'm sure Marnie has said multiple times, in multiple places. A reminder is always nice, especially when it fits the monthly theme perfectly. So,  what is possible when you realize you are enough? Love you all and wish you the best day 🫶
