😭😭 Seeking M/Body recs for a sad knee situation. I hurt my right knee because I kept doing cardio dance and bouncy bounces (my favorite💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼 ) on a
strained left foot. I can do ones like pushup-planks (my least favorite) and I just got through a recent standing sculpt vid. Any others I should check out? Lol, almost my whole favorites page is off limits, even with modifications.
Pain deets: A few times a day, I get an extreeemely sharp pain, directly above my knee cap. For the next few minutes, I cannot put any weight on it, especially coming off the ball of my foot (so, like walking 🙄). Then it weirdly seems to unkink itself, making me wonder if the problem actually originates in my hip flexor or something.
