Happy Thursday! We’ve been getting a few messages letting us know that accessing your “Favorites” isn’t possible on desktop - we’re so sorry! We’re working really diligently to get this resolved, but as a temporary fix, you will be able to find your “Favorites” at the top of the navigation bar, right next to your profile pic.

Hi Everybody! I am here to share something I think is exciting. I went for a whole body DEXA scan to get an idea of my bone density and other stats. My bone density is in the 87th percentile for women of my age! I have not done impact options in M/BODY for the last 4 years, no running, no heavy lifting. I was worried that my score would be lower since I’ve had to give up a lot of the recommended exercises for bone building/maintenance due to back problems. But, thanks to M/BODY and a healthy diet my bones are going strong! Thank you again and again Marnie and team for building these workouts and making them accessible! I think I am officially addicted to these workouts, in the best ways! 😊

Hey m/body fam! I've really been enjoying getting back into the program postpartum and am keen to try some of the power sculpt classes. I will need to buy some new weights to do this as I only use small 1kgs for regular classes.
Is there a specific weight size that seems best for these classes? I was thinking 5lb or 8lb but would love to hear feedback :)
Also curious if anyone has a brand of weights they love and find easy to grip. I don't care much for the shiny metal grips of most weights.
