Hit the 6 year Marniversary mark at the end of July!! MBody has truly become an integrated part of who I am….and I am so grateful for the support and community we have here! Summer with 5 at home has made it difficult to show up, but I am still here and school starts in 9 days lol! 😂 Ready for a fall challenge!
I dreamt that I was doing a live Mbody workout and Marnie had some community members with her....and the best part, it was a pyjama party theme!!!!! 🤣

Hi Fam, I know this is a space that really gets the loss of a pet. Oliver was family and he was with us for almost the past 17 years. He has been a part of it all, been with us before we were married and a part of my kids’ whole lives. He was the best. We decided to let him be at rest yesterday and our hearts break, but I’m trying to still feel him around and know his love is with us. I remember working out as Marnie mourned the loss of her dog and feel I just need that. I need to keep crying and to move with the grief. Anyone know which workout this was? Thanks so much, enjoy the pics of my Buggsie Bear Olives as I called him! 🐾❤️

1 week post total knee replacement! Had PT this morning and have good range of motion! Will be excited to get back on the mat in a few months with no knee pain!

I really appreciate when Marnie reminds us to move like us, not like her - we're all individuals with different bodies! And I love all the modification she offers. That said, I'm curious if there are any videos or places where I can see how other bodies go through these movements (I love the PopSugar videos for this, but I want more!). I'm particularly thinking about different movements when we're moving while standing and Marnie reaches to the floor. I'd love to see what that looks like in a less limber/more me body (I don't really do social media though).
I've also noticed that a lot of the time, front foot releve in lunges or wide second doesn't feel good for me; I don't have very high arches and I wonder if it's related? I usually stay flat-footed and hope that's okay for deriving benefits.
