I really appreciate when Marnie reminds us to move like us, not like her - we're all individuals with different bodies! And I love all the modification she offers. That said, I'm curious if there are any videos or places where I can see how other bodies go through these movements (I love the PopSugar videos for this, but I want more!). I'm particularly thinking about different movements when we're moving while standing and Marnie reaches to the floor. I'd love to see what that looks like in a less limber/more me body (I don't really do social media though).
I've also noticed that a lot of the time, front foot releve in lunges or wide second doesn't feel good for me; I don't have very high arches and I wonder if it's related? I usually stay flat-footed and hope that's okay for deriving benefits.
