This challenge was a challenge lol but also so fun! I felt it had such great energy that gave me a boost each day! It was a reminder how coming to the mat each day is sacred and so healing. It feels good to come to a place in the day and on the mat to really be with yourself and your body. I feel listening to my body and not pushing is something I still really need to work on. I did try though throughout it such as lessening the impact when my body asked and allowing a day for more soft movement. Thank you Marnie for all your words throughout this challenge, all the encouragement and healing words offered each day in these classes! M/Body is a true gift that I’m forever grateful for!

Thank you for this 21 day challenge! I started off with a five day commitment- but quickly realized that I wanted to make my goal 7 days. I really appreciate that we were reminded of flexibility in the approach to the challenge. I’m proud of myself because my all or nothing thinking in the past would have made me feel that I didn’t ā€œproperlyā€ complete the challenge because there were a few times I needed to double up on classes because of travel conflicts. Instead, I felt empowered to keep going and stick with it!

AND Marnie, how are your Marnie talks so pertinent and on point LITERALLY EVERY DAY!? Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

First off, loving seeing everyone’s emoji choices. I’m a horse girl at heart, and looked at this challenge as a bit of a 21 day sprint, so naturally šŸŽ

Secondly, the last workout of the challenge was an absolute doozy. Forgot how challenging that sweat 45 was šŸ˜…

Most importantly, hoping all who participated had a great 21 days, whatever it looked like!

I had never decided to take on a challenge before.I always thought it wasn’t the right time — that I couldn’t manage it with everything else going on in my life…But I came to realize that the ā€œright timeā€ is just a mindset. So I committed to showing up on the mat at least three times a week — and I made the time!This challenge has been amazing for both my body and my spirit.

I’ve lived this challenge in my most authetic way, going through the highs and lows of a very exhausting month: work deadlines, middle school exams, end of the school year, ballet shows and summer classes, and packing for my children’s holidays… Life in all its glory!

So I want to look at this board and feel happy about every workout I’ve done. They remind me of all the moments I spent taking care of myself.Ā 

Happy Summer FamilyĀ and congrats for another challenge completed all together šŸ’œšŸ¤šŸ’œ
