Hi everyone! My name is Dre and I used to go to Marnie's studio in LA back in the day, and it was my HAPPY place! Two babies and a crazy work-from-home job made it very challenging for me to keep a consistent workout. Now, in my final two months of maternity leave, I am excited to really get back into it and BE in a rhythm to workout when I return to work in Jan (assuming this means M/Body at 5am!). I have been back at M/Body for 2 weeks and I am LOVING it!!! Just wanted to see if anyone has any tips to stay consistent, as I would really like to do classes 7 days a week, with two days being short classes. Do you go through and add them to your calendar in advance? How do you pick which classes to take daily? Do you choose a different style class for a certain day of the week? Open to any tips, as it seems like this community is STRONG and CONSISTENT! Happy to be part of it! Xo, Dre

Got this cute little canvas yesterday and the message felt so very m/body to me🥰✨ In my 3 years of working out on this platform I feel like I’ve grown stronger just as much, if not more, mentally than physically! I love it here and feel so grateful to have y’all 😘❣️

Hey guys, 

Just a note. I love these workouts.  I do them daily, usually after a very stressful and long day, and look forward to all of them.  Shout out to Marnie and her team for continuous positive energy, for making us understand that it is okay to be okay with where we are each day, and for helping us shape our bodies to the best of our ability, to keep healthy and strong. This has made me stronger than any other workout and I adore it.  xxx

Hello beautiful fam! Hello sweet Marnie. October is a very special month for me. It's a month of beautiful celebrations of life, love and balance. This month we celebrate my son Jacob's 26th birthday, my daughter Chaï's 23rd birthday ( today actually!), my 49th on the 18th and Hubbie's ( l'âge qu'il faut, as he says) on the 30th. It's also our wedding anniversary next weekend, Thanksgiving (Canadian), Halloween....Annnnnd....my one year M/body Marniversary! This month I will dance, connect, love and be grateful for the precious moments. Thank you for being part of my journey. Love always Tale.
