Yay, I recently received the regular and mini sized M/Body Movement Balls! I did a quick search on this board and in the FAQs but couldn't find information on how much to inflate each ball? This may all be down to personal preference, but wondering if they should be sufficiently inflated or a little soft. Thank you!😀

I miss you guys!! I've been overworking, overthinking, overwhelmed, under sleeping, unbalanced and therefore more vulnerable to stress, colds, tiredness and consequently coming less to the mat! Awww the vicious cycle! I'm taking this coming Monday off of work, so I will dedicate these 4 days ( Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday) to reprogram my brain to gently come back to the mat on a regular basis. I have realized that a daily practice, wether it be a 10 min stretch/ meditation or a 60 min signature, is what keeps me balanced, joyful, less stressed and more positive! Thank you for supporting me in my journey. Love 😘 Tal xo

hi everyone! gill and i took a break from being in m/body lives in favor of heading back to the gym (we were traveling every weekend between october and last weekend, it was easier than finding a place to do an mbody class)! however, as we enter the holiday season, something that’s really important to me is protecting my peace.

my therapist and i had a conversation about the importance of not ✨over doing it✨ because of my history of mental health issues. getting back into a regular routine with the gfam is one of the big things we talked about as a way to protect myself from overdoing it. looking forward to ringing in the holidays with all of you as we go through this time!!!

I just had to share my useful if not slightly painful lessons learned from being a lapsed M/Body participant. I hope this helps the "older" members of this community. I'm 55 and realized that I needed to return to lifting much heavier weight. For many months now, I reduced my M/Body workouts from 4-6 times per week to only 1 while doing heavy lifting circuits 4-5 days per week. Every time I come back to M/Body, I get my ass kicked: my balance is way off, I'm drenched in sweat, and I fatigue much more quickly than in the past. While this is wonderful in many ways to challenge myself, it has also been very humbling. I realize the importance of BALANCE and how impactful M/Body has always been for my brain and body. My new goal is 3 M/Body workouts per week and 3 heavy strength/circuit training. 😍

For anyone interested, this is a glimpse of fall where I am in Japan 🇯🇵 So serene, isn’t it? I’m so thankful I live in a country with four seasons to enjoy 🍁 It’s harder for me to feel connected here since I can’t join lives or IRLs or post on Instagram, but I hope that in sharing a part of my life here I can do my part in feeling like a member in this community. It’s been over 1.5 years since I joined! I considered leaving a few months ago because our ¥ (Yen) rate is horrid against $ (USD), but no other platforms motivate me as much as M/BODY so I budget in other areas because my physical health contributes to my mental well-being immensely... The upcoming lives look incredible and I’m glad to be here! Happy holidays to everyone 🤍

Yesterday I had my private Zoom with Marnie. It was a truly unbelievable experience. And yes I did get emotional meeting Marnie. Having her and all of you in my life this past year has been a real blessing. 2023 has been a tough one and all of you helped me to handle it with sweat, love and grace.
The playlist that Marnie put together for me was awesome! I was singing along and smiling through it all. Don't get me wrong. Marnie truly kicked my butt. During our final plank (the dreaded 4 counts of 8), I barely hung on through the first 3 counts before I dropped to my knees. And what did Marnie do? She restarted the final 8 counting when I got back into proper plank position!!! 😜🤣 I couldn't help but smile and laugh!
Kudos to Katelyn who resolved our technical issues!
Meeting Marnie will definitely be the highlight of this year. Now to meet her IRL!
