I lost my furry baby Allegra this morning very unexpectedly and was wondering if anyone could share their favorite classes to do when working through grief? This is a tough time of year for me as I’m coming up on the first anniversary of losing my dad. Marnie’s classes have been such a joy in my life since October of 2020. Thanks everyone ❤️💔

I did the Wed healing hips vid before this long ass 4hr kayak paddle w my brother. His hips were sore afterward, mine were not! I’m crediting M/Body! Spending this week checking in on family in Kentucky… solo without Michael is weird, bc he’s my emotional support human haha, but it’s good (yet challenging at times with family). Wishing you and your families all the best this summer!

Fur Baby Summer Camp…Tomorrow, Eddy, my newest fur baby embarks on his journey to finishing school for service level obedience training. I told him it was summer camp and that he would be playing with the other furry kids and to be a good boy. Hopefully he will come home with an archery badge! I will miss him for the next 4 weeks but will post a photo when he graduates.
