Thank you for this 21 day challenge! I started off with a five day commitment- but quickly realized that I wanted to make my goal 7 days. I really appreciate that we were reminded of flexibility in the approach to the challenge. I’m proud of myself because my all or nothing thinking in the past would have made me feel that I didn’t “properly” complete the challenge because there were a few times I needed to double up on classes because of travel conflicts. Instead, I felt empowered to keep going and stick with it!
AND Marnie, how are your Marnie talks so pertinent and on point LITERALLY EVERY DAY!? Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Our family welcomed a third child—a baby girl—into our home through adoption yesterday 🕊️ Yay to another mini who will be joining me on the mat!
Loving this challenge! Proud of myself because a few days into it we went on vacation for a week… I managed to keep up💖 Feel all the better for moving my body while on vacation! Thanks for the inspo mbody!
Also! We took our 13 year old pup and she was a rockstar ✨✨ it was sweet and special
I could not be more thankful for this challenge. I’ve been having to deal with some absolute shit this week, and the challenge has been a constant for me to rely on. It’s been helping me deal with all these negative emotions that come with real life hardships.
It’s helped me explore confidence despite opposition, which is something I always struggle with. It’s also helped me be more kind to myself and take the low impact options in a sweat class when necessary, even though I love the jumps! Thank you Marnie for this eerily perfectly timed challenge ❤️

PS does anyone else feel stress in their stomach? I struggle to eat enough when stressed! Any tips to increase appetite welcome!

Helllllooo Global Fam!
It's been a long time since I've posted, but I did my first signature /60 (the most recent pride one!) this morning in what feels like awhile, and I felt on top of the world after! I noticed my exhales were so long and full near the end. I completed the arms and abs sections without stopping. I fully extended my leg on both sides during the barre stretch. I felt peaceful at the end because of Marnie's meditation, reminding me to exhale the burden of other people's expectations and inhale and express authenticity, space and gratitude for our one beautiful life (the music also made me want to cry it was so beautiful!).
I absolutely love the theme for this month as well. In my work, I don't feel like myself in many ways, but I went to a concert a few weeks ago, and the way the artist, Ashe, commanded the stage... it seemed like she was fully expressing herself, and similar to the theme of the meditation, it made me realize that people are the most beautiful when they're completely themselves. Thank you Marnie for the reminder. ❤️
P.S. I finally bought a few new leotards for myself, and I absolutely LOVE them! I feel confident and flirty and free in the best ways. Marnie and I were kind of matching!
