I am SO happy for all of those who could be in the IRL class in LA today!! For those who were Barre Belles in the before times, for those who have been doing M/BODY online, and for anyone who blessedly stumbled upon that studio class opportunity. It is such a special energy, and I’m glad a few of the fam could be there (and I am holding onto Hope for the many who haven’t had an IRL experience yet, because opportunities will arise). Post all your pics please! (I wasn’t in LA but I am still incredibly grateful for the NYC experience this past June).

Well, I’ve been away from the mat for 2 weeks now because I have a no fun respiratory virus. Not COVID this time, but a doosy anyway. I’ve really missed being with you all at the live classes, and just being with the M/BODY energy in general. I’ll keep loving my body by resting until I’m ready to workout again. In the mean time I’m sending all the love. ❤️

Hi fam! It has been a minute since I got to the mat, but I did M/<20 Ballet Stretch /96 this morning which was perfect after a week of hiking with students! I’m working two jobs this year, and I have always been an evening workout person. That’s just not happening this year, so I want to try morning workouts, but it scares me!how do you do it if you workout in the morning? I have medicine I take that I have to take with something in my stomach, but I don’t always feel great in the morning, which makes working out much harder. Plus waking up is a struggle! Any advice would be appreciated 🙂

Finally got a picture of my (one year old 🥲) mini with her 3 fur siblings on the mat! 🙌🏻 She has known marnie’s voice since she’s been in mommy’s tummy, and she always gets so happy & waves when she sees her! 😘 much love from our family to the global fam!
