About a year ago, I posted the first picture. It's my mom napping during one of our live classes. It's with a heavy heart that I share the news of her death last month She lived an amazing long life (92 yrs) and taught me how to be a strong woman and to NEVER apologize for it. She was my number one and I'm not exactly sure how to move forward without her but I do know that I'll figure it out. Thanks for listening ❤️🙏

Working the mini today (way past bedtime here in Europe). We both loved it, and now she knows how to count to ten, Marnie is her English teacher… 😂

21-Day Challenge: Complete ✅

I loved this challenge so much! I hadn’t done some of these workouts since I first joined almost 4 years ago(!), and the memories and the sweat came flooding back 😅

Back then, those workouts really challenged me... and they still do, but in such a different way now. It’s amazing to feel how much I’ve grown — not just in strength, flexibility, and endurance, but in how I talk to myself.

I’m so grateful for how Marnie has changed my inner voice. Where there used to be judgment, now there’s curiosity. When I used to think any modifications were a failure I now listen to what my body needs on that day.

✨That mindset shift has been life-changing — on and off the mat. ✨

So much gratitude to Marnie and this incredible community. This challenge reminded me where I started, and showed me just how far I’ve come. 💛

Already excited for the next one!

Dear M/BODY friends,

Our family welcomed a third child—a baby girl—into our home through adoption yesterday 🕊️ Yay to another mini who will be joining me on the mat!

This challenge was a challenge lol but also so fun! I felt it had such great energy that gave me a boost each day! It was a reminder how coming to the mat each day is sacred and so healing. It feels good to come to a place in the day and on the mat to really be with yourself and your body. I feel listening to my body and not pushing is something I still really need to work on. I did try though throughout it such as lessening the impact when my body asked and allowing a day for more soft movement. Thank you Marnie for all your words throughout this challenge, all the encouragement and healing words offered each day in these classes! M/Body is a true gift that I’m forever grateful for!

I’ve just joined and wondering if anyone has had good results just doing the 20 or 30 minute workouts around 4-5 times per week? I don’t get much time for the longer workouts so would love to hear if anyone else are doing the shorter ones regularly?

First off, loving seeing everyone’s emoji choices. I’m a horse girl at heart, and looked at this challenge as a bit of a 21 day sprint, so naturally 🐎

Secondly, the last workout of the challenge was an absolute doozy. Forgot how challenging that sweat 45 was 😅

Most importantly, hoping all who participated had a great 21 days, whatever it looked like!

My challenge board looks a little different this time - I’ve recently discovered I enjoy running and was in the middle of a training plan for that - so a few workouts were replaced with runs since it was too much for my body to do both. But I had a great time and worked hard and enjoyed trying something new :)
