Fabulous Signature with a plethora of modifications and options as needed. A brief planks segment that I am trying to lean into as this is a strength I am still developing. M/BODY is helpful as the hard parts are hard but you have support. Marnie even says during pushups here "we don't want things to be easy, we want them to be right. We want them to be strong..."

Great for traveling - optional light weights. It amazes me how all of the standing form provides such a stretch of the abdominal muscles! I was really feeling them by closing stretches. Good class if you are working with medium energy levels and aiming to build upon that for the day.
