Great for traveling - optional light weights. It amazes me how all of the standing form provides such a stretch of the abdominal muscles! I was really feeling them by closing stretches. Good class if you are working with medium energy levels and aiming to build upon that for the day.

Fabulous Signature with a plethora of modifications and options as needed. A brief planks segment that I am trying to lean into as this is a strength I am still developing. M/BODY is helpful as the hard parts are hard but you have support. Marnie even says during pushups here "we don't want things to be easy, we want them to be right. We want them to be strong..."

*Immediately favored* This Signature class packed so many wonderful choreography sequences into one class, filled with lots of beautiful challenges that felt SO good to try. Personal goal is to complete the planks series portion without dropping to my knees. If nothing else, come to this class for the closing meditation. ✨❤️✨

20 minutes that will NOT waste your time - not a cardio bursting class but a wiggly, sweaty, and challenging (not from complexity but from focusing in on the balance and the movement). Playground balls work well, but the M/ovement ball is more grippy and a helpful tool! Favoriting for when I need a shorter length class and to sweat but don't feel bouncy and jumpy.

Ohhh this was a challenging class for me! Will need to revisit it in order to build up some core strength and shoulder strength. Incorporates planks and side planks.
