FIRE. Classic signature choreography at the beginning, the moves into FIRE arms (want to challenge myself next time to not drop them with 3 lb weights - got close, but not there yet), and FIRE legs at the barre. Activating glutes and more fire abs at the end. Hat tip to Marnie!! Great one to come back to to get lower into the legs at the barre while lunging and not come out of the fire. Also, the ending words were exactly what I needed to hear ❤️
