Great 20 minute that brings the ~sweat~! I really liked all of the dynamic work at the barre - starting backwards was unique, and then side work and back. Those knee fo the floor and extensions at the end for 16-20 really got the heart pumping! Thank you Marnie for a fabulous start to my Monday. I was so tired before, but knew I'd feel better and energized once I got to the mat.

LindseyJ This was so beautifully put! Also really felt the arms! Had to put the weights down a few times momentarily, but looking forward to returning to this one to stay in it for the whole time!
