I found myself wanting to speed up at the beginning, but then realized I needed to lean into the slow movement. The ball sequence near the end brought the fire!!

This brought the fire!! My legs were shaking! Loved the weight work that also brought the fire. Next time = ankle weights!
As is almost always the case, the meditation was exactly what I needed to hear. The visualization of water running through fire or a mountain was the most powerful analogy I've heard in a long time. I'll be keeping this close to my heart in the coming weeks and months. ❤️
