I'll admit reading the comments about the challenge made me a bit nervous, but I was surprised how I moved through some of the moves with relative ease (still challenging, but not impossible!). I want to come back to work on form through the downward dog plank dance & core, to move into the fullest expression, but otherwise, I am so happy with how I moved through it! I loved the balances integrated in the leg work and the booty burn (so good and lengthening!!). Thank you Marnie for another FABULOUS class!

Back to this one this morning - great activating and challenging arm work with some leg stretches involved, and AWESOME challenging balance sequence with the weights on all 4s. Proud of myself for doing this with 3 lbs and pushing myself when my mind didn't want to go any further!
